For more than 30 years, I’ve been building businesses, leading teams, developing sales organizations, and making the decisions that come with being responsible for the outcome.
I’ve owned and led businesses, built organizations, developed revenue, managed teams, navigated challenges, and experienced firsthand what it takes to grow a business while keeping it manageable.
Today, I bring that real-world experience to my work as a Certified Professional Business Coach, helping business owners and executives Bring CLARITY to What Matters Most, so they can make better decisions, take meaningful action, and achieve better results.

My background is different from that of a traditional business coach.
Before I became a coach, I was a business owner and executive. I know what it feels like to have people depending on you, customers expecting results, sales goals to hit, problems that need to be solved, and a business that never seems to stop demanding your attention.
I’ve built organizations from the ground up. I’ve developed and managed sales teams, launched new businesses and revenue opportunities, built strategic partnerships, integrated acquisitions, and led organizations through periods of significant growth.
I’ve also experienced the other side of business—the difficult decisions, unexpected problems, changing markets, people challenges, and the constant pressure to figure out what needs to happen next.
That experience matters.
Because when we work together, I’m not simply giving you theories from a textbook.
I’m bringing perspective from having actually been there.

That is where I believe coaching makes a difference.
My role is to help you step back from the day-to-day, look at your business objectively, identify what is really holding you back, and determine what needs to happen next.
Then we turn those decisions into action and action into measurable results.
